One of the best decision I’ve made. It feels so good to get a good sweat on for sure. I found that 30 to 35 minutes gives me a good sweat. The sauna is well made. I have the heater about a third of the way down so the heat fills the upper portion on the sauna. Wish there was a small fan to better circulate the heat. I’m gonna buy one on my own. It’s great! You’ll love it🥳🥳🥳🥳

It's been a great addition to my daily workout regiment. I did not get a thermostat in the delivery, not sure if i was supposed to, but the temp seems hot enough for me!

I've done ice plunges before but I had never done the red sauna therapy, it's fantastic. It really invigorates you and gets all that sweat off you. It's a great feeling.
