VibraRed Vibration Plate with Red Light Therapy

It’s very convenient having the red light therapy in it. I use it with the vibration plate for three minutes and then turn it off and continue with my vibration workout. Starting out slow by sitting on the edge of my bed during the workout. I increase the speed to 3 and I am comfortable with that right now.

My wife says her legs feel lighter in weight but doesn’t think all those speeds are necessary. Hoping the red light is effective and not a waste of the extra coat. All in all happy with it.

I was excited to receive my VibraRed vibration plate, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. It worked properly for a few days before four of the red light therapy LEDs stopped working and now the left foot doesnt work at all. I contacted Lifepro customer service, and they said they would send me a replacement. However, I still haven’t received any shipping confirmation or tracking information, so I’m left waiting without an update. I hope the replacement arrives soon and works as expected, but based on my experience so far, I’m disappointed with both the product quality and the delay in resolving the issue.
