Enjoyed the videos and found them extremely helpful. I had access to a Juki machine, which helped in the final attachment of lining to outside with handles.

Day Tote Bag

First ever sewing project! Can’t believe how much I learnt and I’m very pleased with my bag. Hettie’s videos are extremely helpful, not sure I could have made it without them! Really roomy, functional bag with lots of storage pockets. Definitely worth doing and ready for my next online workshop with Hettie. Thanks so much for inspiring me into a new hobby! 😊

In love with sewing again

I have sewn for a very long time but just to a so so standard. I have walked out of the house with a few outfits that should have been better made. Since undertaking a couple of the Capsules I have learnt to slow down and remember it is not a race and to allow myself the time to do a better job. I now fit my outfits better , no more sacks. I stage the construction of the garment fitting and cutting then a toile then the garment. Sewing is so much better - Thank you.
