I've only had it a few weeks but it's my favourite knife for prepping vegetables. Staff were incredibly helpful when I was in the store.

This knife is incredibly sharp and thin, slicing veggies is a dream. Service at the Vancouver location was great. Really nice to have the chance to try out a bunch of options before making a choice.
