A virtuos knife
The Masakage Kiri Santoku is indeed a knife of three virtues. It looks good, it feels good and it cuts good. Less strong will vegetables, I’m looking at you tomatoes, will cut themselves if you just show them the blade.

This santoku is my fourth Masakage knife to round out my set. I have been using my Bunka for more than a year, and it is still as precise as when I bought it. It always receives a ton of comments and compliments from my guests.
