I ordered 4 of the cuppers and having had previous cupping by a massage therapist, this is amazing! When I used them, I could feel a difference within minutes, releasing the fascia from my muscles and tendons and letting the blood flow again bring great relief. I read some reviews that said they were loud, they certainly are not. Much quieter than the massage therapist version and it has an expected level of sound due to the suction that it takes to function. I highly recommend them!
