This product is incredibly overpriced for its poor quality. I can’t help but blame myself for falling for an Instagram advertisement, but I won’t make that mistake again. After browsing Amazon, I discovered better-quality options at lower prices. Unfortunately, I regret this purchase, but I’ve certainly learned my lesson.

the small black and white strips on one belt were twisted ( not sown opposite each side of the belt ),belt was too small to go around waist without struggling to get it connected to the velcro,straps that go over shoulder were not long enough to bring around and connect to velcro by ones self...i sent it back

Helps but shoulder straps dig in
