Such a small thing, a baking tray liner, but it certainly makes cleaning up after cooking much easier. Best is the delivery service - super reliable, always on time.

Works well

My previous Silpat mat wore out after 10 years of frequent use - it probably should have been retired after 5-6 years! So, these don't last forever, but if treated well, they do their job for a long time.

I feel ridiculous for not getting this sooner. Easy to clean and reusable, what's not to like?
