This wasn’t my favorite caviar but it was still very good! I enjoyed how soft and buttery it was but it did have a little too much brine for me personally. However, still 4/5 score. Would eat it again!

It was good. The eggs were smaller and I wasn't in love with the flavor as much as I was with the Siberian Sturgeon.
