Extremely disappointing experience. My order arrived incomplete, the company would not provide an itemized packing list or tracking information, and my sourdough starter packets arrived completely unlabeled. I also appear to be missing one of the starters I ordered. Customer service was unable to clearly explain what had shipped or what was still outstanding. I expected much better quality control and communication.

Waited 3 weeks with no communication and the order is completely wrong. NOT WhaT i PAiD for. Have sent several requests to the company and no response yet!!! Still no reply.
