Excellent product. Works well on carbon steel as well. Is exceptional on cast iron. Will be getting more as gifts

Customer Service

While I have not had chance to use the scrubber very much yet, I do want to comment on the customer service, which is a hallmark of a good company. There was a mistake with order and one item was left out of the package. When notified, VBK quickly responded and shipped my missing item. Mistakes happen, but what really matters is how they are corrected. I will order from them again. One feature I already like on the scrubber is the ring to be able to hang it up.
