Good product. I have some facial hair so it didnt hold as tight as I would like, amd the hole cut in the middle sometimes lets too much air through which drys out my throat on those days.

My sleeping schedule has returned to normal finally. No more dry/sore throats. I wake up without and complaints. Can't believe this little item has solved so many issues. Thanks.

The medium hold was good for me, but did not work for my husband. He has a mustache and beard, so we ordered the strong hold. It is better, but wish it had a stronger hold.
