REMplenish Myo-Nozzle & Straw – Level 2

Seems like this company just bought a random insulated cup from a mass-produced place, the. Pacakged it nicely with a generic straw. The only piece that you’re presumably paying for is the little silicon mouthpiece, which is fine (though overpriced), and it doesn’t fit beneath the cap on the supplied insulated thermos.

Apparently could have used my own bottle. So now I have an extra one i didn't need. But otherwise I'm liking the effects of the exercise.

Very easy to learn the proper technique as long as you follow their written instructions.
