Saphire Happy Saffron Powder Capsules

Horrible experience. My order didn't get delivered until 2 months after I ordered, and I had to reach out to customer service to ask where my order was because they charged me for ANOTHER one before I even got my first order. Then they told me that they saw the "digital" order was delivered, but my physical order was so at the warehouse and my complaint was bumped up to the next level for them to "look" into it. I got an email from "the next level" saying that my order was marked delivered and if there was anything else they could help me with. To which I replied, I never received any physical order, your own person said that it was still at the warehouse, and requested a refund because at that point I was charged for TWO orders and haven't received any gummies/capsules. Then without any response from customer service I received an "order update" email saying that my initial order was on the way. Still no refund. When I FINALLY got my order they were melted and I couldn't even use them. Still no refund, still no second order delivered. Will NEVER purchase from this company again.

Awful experience. This product took over a month to be shipped, and before that I asked for a cancellation. They slow walked their responses and refuse to provide a return label.

Took way to long to get to me!
