These work great and are super fun and cute for kids! The adhesive is very strong which is both good and bad. I will probably try the plain small sensitive option instead of the kids printed option next time. They used to be sold on Amazon and the adhesive was perfect. I put a very small amount of ointment around my kids mouths before applying the mouth tape to avoid irritation when taking it off in the morning and they still stick on!

Helps with routine

This has become part of my daughter’s bedtime routine. Easy to put on and take off the the patterns are adorable.

6 year old now nose breathing!
