Mouth Tape for Sensitive Skin

A game changer for me after a surgery...

I am a dedicated side sleeper . After having shoulder surgery, I had to sleep in a recliner for a few weeks and then on my back propped up a little in bed. When I do sleep on my back or roll over on my back while sleeping, I snore to the point where it wakes me up. I was watching a TV show shortly after surgery that showed someone sleeping with mouth tape which I had never heard of. I was intrigued and found MyoTape when I googled the topic. I bought the 30 day packet just to try it and it has worked wonderfully keeping my mouth from falling open as I as I have slept upright or on my back for the last six weeks. I plan on using it even when I go back to sleeping on my side. It really helped my quality of sleep so much!!

I cannot believe how effective this tape is. I have relatively recently started snoring, but it has been driving my husband (of almist 31 years!) mad so we were both delighted to see how true the claims are about snoring being greatly reduced. I will definitely keep purchasing this. My sleep has improved greatly too, because my husband would wake me every time I disturbed him. This tape has saved our marriage!

Ive used several brands of mouth tape since reading about the amazing benefits to our well-being ,and none come close to Myotape. I dont feel restricted or uncomfortable - the light pressure around the mouth is enough to ensure im breathing through my nose - and i can still take a midnight drink of water or say goodnight to my kids through the tape!
