Mouth Tape for Sensitive Skin

Was apprehensive at first!

I have been a mouth breather since childhood. I have allergies to dust and pollen and often find myself conjested at nightime or only able to breath from one nostril. I use a decongestant or netty kettle before use and have not has any issues. I find I am more rested and I believe over time I will naturally breath through my nose more. I actually think due to myotape use my nasel breathing is becoming easier for me. I was impressed enough to now buy some to test with my children.

I am a first time mouth taper. So far I really like the results I am experiencing. I can tell I sleep much better, my mouth isn’t dry and I hope I am not snoring as my family reports. I plan to continue using this product!

I really like this sensitive tape --it feels light around the mouth and is thinner and yet has great stickiness to it that doesn't hurt when I take it off in the morning.
