Blacklock Lightweight Cast Iron Double Burner Griddle

This is my first cast iron and frying meat has been a delicious dream. I did try scramblinb egg on it and it was okay. Ill try sunny sideup next time. Following the care instructions were simple. I hope this will last for many many years

It is perfect for my needs. It is lightweight!

I like the pan, theres more room for pancakes and lighter than the lodge double burner pan. What i dislike is it doesn’t cook evenly on my induction bridge burner. Not sure if its due to the uneven bottom, or the bridge burner
