A friend told me about this Matcha when I was complaining that I could not make a good matcha latte for myself at home. I’m so grateful, this Matcha is easy to work with, makes quality lattes at home and I’m already moving into my third purchase. Highly recommend. Thank you :)

Smooth taste

I have tried alot of different brands of matcha. This Barista pro blend is hands down my favorite. I like my matcha to have a smooth finish, not grainy, and no grassy aftertaste. This is all three, pure perfection!

Good but not my favorite

The new Barista Pro Blend Matcha is good, but not my favorite. When whisking, I found myself needing a little more water than usual compared to my other matcha powders. Also, I couldn’t get it to froth at all, even with thorough whisking. I will say this blends into a beautiful deep green color. The taste is bold, earthy which I prefer in my matcha. However, there’s a bitter aftertaste that lingers longer than I’d like.
