AMAZING Brown Butter Dry Aged !

I get 56 day dry aged regularly but this might be even better. Totally different then traditional dry aged prime. As soon as I opened package the smell had me drooling. Smelled like buttered popcorn out of the microwave. Flavor was buttery & nutty. Will definitely order again !

Amazing taste and quality

I came across Brunson Meat Co. through an Instagram recommendation, and so glad I did. I’ve tried many steak delivery companies, and Brunson by far is the most tasty and has the thickest cuts of meat. The dry-aged process makes a big difference too. The porterhouse has an incredibly rich taste, and you can tell this is a quality cut in every bite.
