Silke Blouse Sewing Pattern

This is such a beautiful top to sew. One area to be careful is not fusing interfacing on too early. Once I got over that hurdle I found the pattern a joy to bake. With French seems and wide hem bands it looks and feels high end. Instructions were so clear.

I have to admit I had to read the pattern a few times to make sure I understood the instructions regarding the neck facing. In the end my 73 year old brain made sense of the instructions. After that, assembly and sewing was a breeze. I measured myself and the pattern is true to size. I have already purchased more fabric to make it again.

Beautifully styled blouse

I made this top in a light weight viscose and in silk. It has really well explained instructions and is very well drafted. It fits very well at the neck. The external facings give a very professional finish. I absolutely love it.
