Bad instructions

I really didn’t like the instructions for this pattern. Way too complicated way to make pockets and the pictures don’t make completely sense. I’m an experienced sewer but I had trouble understanding the pocket instructions and ended up using instructions from another pattern. Unfortunately spent way too long constructing this seemingly simple skirt.

Simple to sew

This skirt pattern goes together well. The method of attaching the pocket bags in the side seam was new to me and works well, although I think the sewing instructions could be improved.

I made this skirt in a couple of hours yesterday. It went together beautifully. It fits well and isn’t too full. Very happy.
