Very pretty blouse

I made this blouse in a lightweight linen-look rayon fabric, the shorter length with 3/4 sleeves. I didn’t want it to be overly loose around the hips so I tapered it in slightly at the lower edge of front and back and also the facing pieces to match. It fits beautifully. I am going to make it again but plan to put the center front and center back on the fold, as I will be able to pull it off over my head. I will be using a print fabric which would not really show all the topstitching, and it will be faster to complete.

Fits the vision

I haven’t used it yet but have read it closely and decided that it is the right vehicle for the lace blouse that has been occupying my thoughts for a while. I have ordered my supplies and look forward to testing my vision.

I tested the pattern and made two versions and today made my third one! I love the pattern. My third I cut on the fold and adjusted the facings slightly and serged the seams so it was a quick and cute make
