Use this blend to make matcha lattes at home. It's got some bitterness and a more robust taste, but retains a smooth roasty note and is less astringent than a typical culinary grade matcha.

Dull green
I love making Matcha lattes at home, but I think I just prefer a stronger Matcha profile. The color of the barista blend is really dull compared to the other blends that I’ve purchased from Naoki (photo comparison is the chiran blend). I wasn’t sure if I was gonna like this, I bought it just to experiment, but I will not be ordering it again.
