Almost perfect bag, could use a few small changes to make it even better

The design and organization has been thoughtfully implemented, I really like the overall day-to-day usage. Especially love the top QAP and half-zip main compartment opening. Overall this is my favorite EDC bag so far, but there are a few things I wish were on this bag: 1. A hidden passport pocket on the back panel - bonus would be placing the hidden pocket lower on the back panel and large enough for a smartphone or e-reader (e.g. kindle) - this way, it can double as a small QAP for a smartphone or e-reader, etc. 2. Cylindrical top handle - while the top handle is perfectly functional, it's flat shape can occasionally lead to it being flipped the wrong way while picking up the bag, making it uncomfortable to carry without readjustment - a cylindrical top handle would eliminate that possibility completely 3. some sort of small shelf or pouch for a mouse and charger in the laptop compartment Note that even without these features, this bag is fantastic and my current daily driver EDC. I just think these features would make it an even more perfect bag.

Fantastic bag

Been waiting for a 25L version, and I was not disappointed. Bag has great organization, and easy to access pockets. I especially love the ambidextrous front pocket, where I don't have to take the bag off to quickly access my things. The straps are thick and comfortable, doesn't dig into my shoulders when I have it fully loaded, only issue would wish the water bottle pocket to be stretchy on the bottom. But it's deep enough to hold all my bottles, so not too big an issue. Highly recommended.

Excellent bag with one tiny issue

Love this bag, I have had and still have several top tier brands , only small ding I’d give is the top carry handle strap isn’t the most comfortable since it’s mounted not direct on top and slightly back and also doesn’t have enough clearance for the entire hand to easily fit without rubbing. But since we don’t walk around carrying bags that way and only use it to pull out of car or places it’s a brief annoyance. Still gave it a 4.5 and rounded up. I love their easy zippers, the full clamshell opening with a natural stop point when pulling down so doesn’t easily open all the way if you didn’t mean to. Stands up on its own! Love bags that do that. I think you guys are famous for not having any logos but I’d be fine with one small one somewhere for your next project 😉
