Meaty & Delicious
Good on pasta, pizza or lightly breaded and fried up quick in olive oil. Love them.

Trio of Tasty Tins
Razor Shell clams, Clams in Brine, and Cod fish in Biscayne Sauce hit all the marks for taste, presentation and pricing. As a 81 year sadly beginning another cancer journey - just finished 5 year clean with colon cancer and now beginning chemo for bladder cancer - totally unrelated. I appreciate having tins of delicious fish available to delight my taste buds and meet my protein needs. Sometimes right out of the tin with a big squeeze of lemon and maybe the next day clam linguine (I followed your posted recipe, which was very good and so easy, but also enjoy the clams with a richer saucepan version. Can’t top the cod with great bread for sopping up the sauce. Frying up the razor clams is my idea of heaven with a lovely Chardonnay, and yes, I allow myself a treat now and again. Next time I’ll try to figure out how to submit photos.
