Love this company and love their products. I am (mostly) doing a carnivore diet and have had problems with IBS in the past, so I was nervous to pull the trigger on the probiotic. I had heard that some probiotics need a prebiotic as well...that they don't work well with a carnivore diet, etc.... I email them to ask some questions about their probiotic and got all of my questions answered. My digestion is the healthiest it's ever been with my diet and this probiotic.
