I took this for about 9 months post baby-then switched back to a prenatal for preconception. I feel like it really helped me avoid some of the post baby depletion and build back up my stores.

Best Postpartum Experience

This is my 5th postpartum experience and first time using this supplement and I'm definitely noticing the difference! I feel much better, no issues with these upsetting my tummy and I'm feeling more like myself much sooner than with previous pregnancies. Definitely recommend!
