I ordered these around the holidays because I tend to get sick right after, and these were amazing this year. I never got sick, and took it for granted and didn’t re-order them when I ran out in the end of January. Lo and behold, I got sick as soon as I ran out. I re-ordered them and started taking them again, and haven’t gotten sick since. These really do help!
