Ate it warmed. Pleasant smoke and tuna flavor. Rich and velvety texture aided by the oil. Beauty of the presentation as the tin sat on the board was top notch. 2nd only to the taste.

Well Worth It

Absolutely decadent. I'm already planning a pasta recipe using this for my S.O. on a date night...or maybe I'll save it for the fancy charcuterie board. Really moist, meaty, and flavorful. The smokiness is present, but not at all overpowering.
