FrostBreeze — Windowless Portable AC

Would love to give it zero stars hut unable to. DO NOT BUY!!! It is a box that you put in water and ice packs - not what the description said!! I wil be lodging my complaint with the Better Business Bureau for false advertising. Also, a restocking fee for a product that is not what it claims to be!!! This is a plastic piece of garbage. I tried twice to reach out to the company- no response. The plastic on the back that holds the cord came in broken - sent a picture immediately. Does not work, placed the plastic ice pack in the ice cold water…nothing but hot air circulating.

it’s very rare that I am disappointed in a product I’ve purchased, but I can only be truthful with you. It does not live up to your ads. It barely blew cool air, mostly was warmer than my fans. In fact, from the first day, I received it with a lot of excitement, that it finally arrived as the heat wave was getting even hotter. However, after reading the instructions, following the instructions, setting it up, which by the way was not anywhere near as easy as you depict, I could barely get warm air coming out of the machine. Over the next few days I had to keep adding more and more of my scarce ice trays and more and more of my water to get anything that remotely resembled”cool” air. I had to keep on my ceiling fan, along with my standing fan, both of which were better than my so-called air conditioner. The other part is that I had to reload minimally three times each day and night. We will be returning both items.

I believe this was a knock off of original product. Not a FrostBreeze..which was promoted in the ad. I received a Costway product. Poor construction and instructions. Evaporative cooling was a joke. It basically just blows air. $220.00....not worth it, total waste money.
