These are the most comfortable pillows ever! Super softy and squishy, but still rebound quickly. Definitely recommend pairing with the cooling pillow cases. Can’t recommend enough

Best pillow I’ve bought in many years. I’ve spent hundreds, possibly thousands on pillows, but this pillow is it for me! My goal is to buy everyone in my family an off pillow!!!

It was bought for my wife and she loves it. It's hard to find a pillow that's good these days. Even expensive pillows seem to fail after a month. We are past the month of usage and it's still going strong! The only negative thing that I can say so far is that it took some time for the order to be fulfilled. I contacted their customer service by email and they were sorry that it took so long and looked into it. It was soon thereafter ready to ship. If I remember correctly, it was shipped through a big carrier (FedEx or UPS) and then ultimately delivered by Amazon. I guess that's why the tracking was a little wonky at times.
Bottom line, the pillow is great, customer service is great but fulfillment and shipping could be better. I'm not saying it's horrible, just that there's room for improvement.
