It is deeply disappointing to have to give a Black-owned business a two-star review, but the customer service was unacceptable. The staff was highly defensive and offered absolutely no resolutions, leaving me with no choice but to try and dispute the transaction through my bank. This type of service can truly hurt a business. While you may have 800 positive customer reviews, you also have negative ones, and you should listen to that feedback to make necessary improvements.The pizza arrived thawed and warped, which was very frustrating. Because I did not want my money to go to waste, I went ahead and cooked it, and it actually tasted fine. However, I was completely unhappy with the customer service experience, and I will not be ordering from this establishment again. I do wish your business nothing but success because the carrier you chose was clearly part of the issue. Ultimately, how you handle customer concerns as a business owner says a lot.
