K04 Bunka Blue Steel Ebony Wood Handle

A thing of beauty (and doubtless practicality).… Bought for my son, a budding chef, for his birthday, it was received with delight. Packaging is handsome and delivery was perfect – 24 hours before 'the big day'.

Described as Blue Steel which is suppose to rust very easily. I contacted the company as I put water, lemon juice, vinegar etc and there was no sign of rust at all anywhere on the blade. I sent pictures of the blade with lemon juice and vinegar on the blade and asked for a refund as this is clearly not Blue Carbon. Their response was that they do no refund or exchange products that have been used. Shipped from Vietnam as well which I only found out later when I received the shipping notice. Not impressed at all, misleading advertising and ZERO Customer service. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR.AND DONT GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
