I get out in the sun a lot. Whether in the ocean surfing choice waves or hiking to the top of epic mountains I get to enjoy the beauty and benefits of our nearest and dearest star. But when im stuck inside training jiu jitsu or weights or even just a spell of gloomy weather my body doesn’t get the natural and necessary Vitamin D it so badly needs…. And I can feel it!
