While all the ProtiWise Shake and Pudding Mix flavors are delicious, Orange Creamsicle is OUTSTANDING! As a shake, it is so refreshing. I experimented with the pudding consistency, adding some frozen fruit and a few nuts; it was extremely satisfying--better than a fancy restaurant dessert without all the empty calories.

I tried this for the first time & it tastes just like the orange creamsicle you used to get from the ice cream truck. I mixed it in a blender with water and ice....delicious!!
