The rack itself is very sturdy and well made, but the ramp does not secure well and flops about. I had a bad experience with customer support and sent 3 messages that were not returned. I paid the extra for shipping insurance and when the box came all taped up because it was damaged in transit, I filed a complaint with “Shop” as well as “OutfitR” and have yet to hear from them.
