2-Bike Hitch E-Bike Rack with Ramp, Foldable with Lock

Delivered quick and easy to put together. Exactly what we were looking for and the quality is amazing!! Very easy to load and unload bikes. Definitely recommend this bike rack and company.

The 2 E-bike carrier seema to be well constructed, but there were missing parts (2 non metal washers for the support arm) and the lock that was ordered with the rack. The real reason for the poor review is that they do not have a phone number and have not responded to my emails for over a week. It is a shame their customer service is non existent, because it seems to be a decent product.

I received my Ramp package extremely fast. All parts were packed to perfection! Everything was in the box but the lock...But the Lock comes separately and I received that a few days later. Assembly was done in 1 hour using my truck hitch to work off of and everything fit perfectly!!! Absolutely Awesome Ramp SET-UP.
