2-Bike Hitch E-Bike Rack with Ramp, Foldable

The bike rack is very sturdy and handles our 2 e-bikes. Easy on and easy off. One thing that we are still missing is the a pad that goes on the strap. I have emailed support 3 times and called the number I found on the internet And still no response It has been 6 days since my first email. I wish I could get a response to resolve this issue. Great product but no support. Please contact me ASAP

So far so good, But

So far so good but there are some things that bother me. 1: The seat goose neck holder is too short thus causing the bike to be at an angle when it's strapped in. (I have a step through Lectric bike). 2: The tire straps are either on the vehicle side or the outside once they are attached. They both come attached the exact same way so you can't set them both for easy access if you have the bikes in the opposite directions for proper weight and balance. The one on the vehicle side will have you reaching through and around by the chain and getting greasy. I plan to disassemble swap them to the opposite side to make attaching and removing them easier and avoid reaching around and getting greased. 3: One of the ramp tabs were bent and not able to fit into the slot. Simple fix but for being new it was annoying. 4: The ramp rattles around when moving. 5: A built in D ring for a locking cable to lock both bikes to the carrier would be nice. There are slots that can be used on the front wheel cradle but 4 bolts and thay go with the stolen bike. Overall, it seems to be a solid platform. I'll make some custom modifications to alleviate the very few minor shortfalls.

Very Heavy

Its very sturdy but with the weight it would work much better on a bigger taller SUV not a crossover car . Like a Subaru Crosstrek. But it holds the ebikes tight with the 2" hitch on it .
