The product is fine. However my experience was less than ideal. I originally bought 2 for 1 and I was under the assumption that my next order would be the same. No one said any different!! And it wasn’t, plus one is not worth $40, originally I brought two different colours who decided to send the chocolate one and not the plum??? I wasn’t given a choice. I won’t ever buy from you again. No satisfaction in this purchase. Make sure all subscriptions are canceled.

I am writing to inform you that I placed this order only once, approximately three months ago. However, I have noticed that my card has been continuously charged every month, and the same order is being delivered repeatedly without my authorization. I kindly request you to cancel this recurring order immediately and stop any further charges to my card.

Like the liner pens. Do not like how they run their site for subscriptions. There was no email warning for upcoming subscription until the order was processed. It is nearly impossible to navigate a subscription to make a change, skip or delay or even cancel an order. I had to email them to do it for me.
