HoneyNoir Honey Lipstick

It took weeks and weeks for your product to arrive, and I ended up having to communicate many times with your customer service department. Much of the time, although the staff response was impeccably polite and sweet, the only thing I was told to do was to check the tracking number, as if this was a new development. That never helped because all of the information from the shipping company was written completely in Chinese. Even after your product arrived in the US, it bounced up and down the east coast for weeks. Even the day it finally arrived, tracking info said it was still 2 states away. It was quite annoying after a while, and I’m not sure I will order from your company again because while your staff was polite, your shipping was completely awful. I think honey Noire is a very nice product and leaves my lips in good condition but I don’t know that the hassle is worth it just to get the product. Thank you so much for the good work that you did.

I love the way it feels and looks, though I'm disappointed that it doesn't last the way I thought it would. The advertising made me believe it would stay on through a cup of tea or another beverage, but I don't find that to be the case. Other than that, I do like it.

Really like the look of it, the colour and the feel of it. It doesn't meet your long lasting claim though and although it lasts longer than some standard lipstick I probably reapply after 2-4 hours. I would purchase again.
