Both boxes came damaged. Didn’t open them. Sent an email for return on 9/29/26 but they’re not responding. I searched my emails and in my delivery email was where I could start a return but they want me to pay for restocking and the shipping. It’s not my fault the pkg was damaged and I had to return it. I should not have to pay for anything when it’s not my fault for the return. If it wasn’t damaged, I would’ve kept the product. Don’t waste your money with this company especially if there’s a problem with the order.

Even though I have not been using it for no longer than 2 weeks I like the way it makes my skin feel. As far as lifting and toning the skin not much improvement so far, but I will give it time. The price is pricey, and it does not last a month because you have to use it on your face and neck My skin tone is starting to improve somewhat getting lighter and smoother. I will keep using for the next 3 months and see if it gives me that BOTOX look, firm, less sagging, and youthful look.

I have been using your product since I received it last month. Although it is a highly rated product by yourselves, I have not noticed ANY difference to my dark patches. I will continue to use the product until I have finished the bottle, but, in truth, I will not be purchasing any more until I see a difference.
