HoneyNoir Bestsellers Bundle

Never received! Email states "no delivery address." How can this be when you have proof of payment and address. I would never recommend your services! My email to your company was never addressed! A 1 star isn't accurate. You're a scam!

I would love to give a review. However. The package arrived within a week...great. Problem number one:, only the makeup bag was unside. No lipsticks, no liners, no packing slip. I've reached out to the company through the online portal. Took a couple days for them to reply, then a bunch of back and forth emails. Once I pointed out that I realized I was dealing with AI customer service, could I please have a phone number to call communication stopped. I gave them 5 business days before contacting them again. I replied on the same email thread. They asked all the same questions that had been answered above. I again pointed out that based on the response time, I was obviously dealing with AI. After that, the email I had been using all along suddenly doesn't work. I've initiated another inquiry. A quick Facebook search and Insee this tends to be an issue: BOGO deals, you only get one. And a runaround.

I did not receive the product - I was sent this instead. Its a scam!! I am disputing my charges with my credit card company and reporting to the BBB. DO NOT BUY!!
