Seaweed Nourishing Spray

I had high expectations but this didn’t meet. It’s ok to use but can you at least give the customers a heads up as to what to expect in terms of what they will feel whwn they apply it before they apply it for the first time

good evening, I have a problem with the package, it arrived destroyed and I don't know how to proceed, return my money or send me another one...thank you in advance for your understanding
