Korean Collagen Silk Ampoule

I rec'd the product, it looks like a fake, the bottle is not the same , I'm trying to reach out to them and they are not answering. It was sent from China. I want to show pictures of the bottle and package. On the bottle it doesn't show the symbal that's on the bottom. It just gives ounces. Please contact me asap, I'm not putting anything on my face that's fake

Basic paper packaging, no branding or instructions, nothing premium about this product at all and very much doubt there is any gold tbh. I fell for the offer but didn’t realise by opting for the two bottles price you were auto subscribed so had to cancel that quickly - weeks later I received one very unsatisfactory product . Impossible to return without incurring big overseas shipping. Irritated I fell for what is clearly an ‘insta-sham’ avoid!

It did not agree with my ski . It became red and itchy. I have sent 4 emails stating to cancel this subscription. I have not received any answers back. I wish not to receive any longer this product. Yhanks
