Loose Ramp

Hello, is easy to get the bikes on the rack and the e-bikes seem to be extremely secure…the problem I have is that the ramp once I insert in the receiver for transport is extremely loose…there’s a 1/8” space once I inserted and the ramp wabbles constantly…it should had been tighter…so far the rack itself is doing the job, just the ramp loose while transporting

Easy to put together (a YouTube video cleared up a little confusion) and it performs perfectly. No shake and feels sturdy.
