LAVA FLOW™ Rowing Machine RM02

The tools/nuts/bolts package, which is a cardboard sheet with everything shrink-wrapped into it, was also wrapped with four or five layers of clear packing tape for some reason. It took longer to cut the tools and hardware out of the tape and cardboard than it did to assemble the machine. The tape tore the surface of the cardboard to where you couldn't read or see which nut/bolt was which. Why did they do this?

Two points to consider

Overall, a good rowing machine. Assembly was challenging. Surprisingly, took 75 minutes to finish assembly. The last part was the worst, connecting the seat guide rail to the rowing wheel. The locking mechanism is tricky to line up and lock in. The shoe straps are cheaply designed and not good. Once past these two points, it works very well.

This is a top tier rower that shipped extremely fast & was easy to assemble. Exceptional customer service & equipment from GMWD. This was my 2nd purchase this year from GMWD & both have been great additions to my home gym set-up. Highly recommend.
