Wanderlust Knee Length

I soooo appreciate the tutorial instructions that show how to adjust the pattern for a better fit. It's the whole reason for sewing my own clothes. This pattern delivers! I can't tell you how often I've compromised on fit & fabric with store bought items that I ended up not wearing anyway. So far I've made 2 of these dresses: one is knee length with flutter sleeves, and one is midi length with long sleeves. I appreciate the many styling options that make it possible to reuse the pattern and have it look unique. In the photo, I'm wearing the Songbird cardigan over the dress.

This dress came out perfect the first time making it. It is now one of my favorite dress patterns. Very quick sew. Sizing was perfect.

Very easy sew, lovely shape

My first dress after almost 2 years away from sewing (and I was very much a beginner then!). Instructions are very clear, and the pattern very straightforward. I have always avoided 2 piece backs, but this clearly creates more of a shape alongside the stretch fabric. I am 5’ 3” so went with regular midi, but it was far too long on me, so I just used the pattern piece moved up 4” to cut a new length. I couldn’t be happier with the result - I’ll be making more!
