Defective Parts; Customer Service Responsive

One of the two chairs I ordered had a defective screw holes, misaligned for the construction. Customer Service has been responsive in assisting with getting the replacement parts to me, but parts haven't shipped. And its obviously a lot more work to go back and forth to get correct parts and build chairs as I was expecting.
