I love participating in these Clear Change Cleanses. I like being held accountable with a plan. The menu's are good although you need to be creative. The protein drink is okay a little grainy if you don't blend in fruit but ok all the same. I have done both the 10 day and the 28 day. The 28 day was too long being that you had to eat fish for 20 or more of those days. I liked the 10 day and may do this again this year. Highly reccommend , I feel great, light and clear headed.
