I’ve only used this product for a couple weeks and discovered I don’t think it’s something you should use every day. I ended up getting ill. Not sure if it’s because it has spinach in it which I can’t have. Didn’t see that on there when I purchased it, but I figured since it’s a liquid with other items, I wanted to try it. I still have it and I’m gonna try it again. Maybe using it slowly is something that can be more effective. And I’ll follow up later.
